Welcome to PinShare, operated by Magic Life LLC, a company registered under Puerto Rico Act 60. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using the application, or accessing any part of PinShare, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PinShare is a location sharing platform that allows users to:

• Create and share precise locations ("pins")
• Generate smart links that open in the recipient's preferred maps app
• Add context such as photos, notes, and instructions
• Share locations via WhatsApp, SMS, or other channels

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Anonymous pin creation is available without an account. For advanced features such as saving, editing, and managing pins, you must create an account by providing accurate information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PinShare to:

• Share locations for illegal activities
• Harass, stalk, or invade the privacy of others
• Share offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the pins, photos, and content you create. By using the service, you grant us a license to store, display, and share your content as necessary to operate the service.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that infringes copyrights, is defamatory, contains malware, or violates any applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

PinShare, including its logo, design, code, and original content, is the property of Magic Life LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGIC LIFE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of locations or the continuous availability of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magic Life LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
